WORLD PREMIERE AT DUNGOG FILM FESTIVAL 2010

Before the Rain is a feature film produced by the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS) in conjunction with the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) to celebrate NIDA’s 50th Anniversary. The film’s creation involved over one hundred students from both institutions; the cast was made up of the entire graduating class of 2009 from NIDA; and four directors were chosen from AFTRS to direct the four stories that make up the feature film. CJ’s section of the film, Steamboat, was written by Cannes Camera D’Or winner Shirley Barrett and is also available as a stand-alone short film.
